Penhellis House actively encourages staff to develop their knowledge and skills. You will be supported by the home regarding your revalidation that is now required by the NMC for your pin registration and there is opportunity for research nursing theories that are relevant to our service users. You may also be expected to support Health Care Assistants in their learning and development.
As a nurse at Penhellis House you must be dedicated in delivering outstanding person centred care to our service users in a professional manner. You will be expected to liaise with multi disciplinary teams as well as family members to ensure that we are working in partnership to provide excellent and specialised care for the welfare of our residents. You must be skilled in care planning in a detailed and person centred way and managing care holistically.
